Purpose

The Architect at Maadhu Creatives Production LLP will play a crucial role in the design and development of highly detailed and accurate miniature models. This position requires a blend of architectural expertise, creativity, and precision to ensure our models meet the highest standards of quality and realism. The Architect will collaborate with various teams, including model makers, designers, and clients, to transform architectural concepts into scaled-down replicas.

Key Responsibilities

Design and Development:

• Develop detailed architectural plans and designs for miniature models based on client specifications and company standards.
• Create accurate and detailed blueprints, sketches, and 3D models using CAD software and other design tools.
• Ensure designs are feasible and can be effectively translated into miniature models.

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with model makers to provide guidance and support during the model-making process.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide regular updates on project progress.
• Collaborate with the design and engineering teams to ensure all aspects of the model are accurately represented.

Quality Control:

• Review and critique designs and models to ensure they meet the company's quality standards.
• Conduct detailed inspections of completed models to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Provide feedback and recommendations for improvements to enhance the overall quality of the models.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including design plans, progress reports, and client communications.
• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to source materials and components for model making.

Innovation and Improvement:

• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in architecture and model making.
• Explore and implement new techniques, materials, and technologies to improve the quality and efficiency of model production.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new projects and product lines.

Terms and conditions

• This position is primarily office-based with occasional visits to the workshop and client sites.
