About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Automation Engineer with hands-on experience in N8N to design, build, and optimize automation workflows. This role will focus on creating intelligent workflows by integrating AI models, APIs, CRMs, and other third-party tools to improve efficiency across business processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automation workflows using N8N.
  • Integrate AI APIs (OpenAI, Google, etc.), CRMs, email platforms, and other SaaS tools.
  • Build data-driven flows for lead management, notifications, customer engagement, and reporting.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize automation workflows for scalability and performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand automation needs.
  • Document workflows, processes, and best practices.
  • Stay updated with N8N updates, plugins, and AI integration trends.

Requirements

  • 1 year of experience in workflow automation using N8N.
  • Good understanding of APIs, webhooks, and integrations.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., OpenAI, LangChain, Zapier AI Actions, etc.).
  • Familiarity with CRMs (HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, or similar) and email automation tools (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills.
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript (optional but preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
