(India) is building Unified Meeting Suite (UMS) a patent-pending enterprise software product that integrates with Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet. UMS enables enterprises to automate meeting minutes, track action items, manage risks/issues, and provide AI-driven insights on productivity and outcomes.

We are on a mission to scale UMS into a billion-dollar product with strong global adoption across industries such as Banking & Financial Services, Property Management, IT Services, and Healthcare.

We are looking for a Graphic Designer in Hyderabad to create compelling visual content and brand assets that support marketing, sales, and partnership initiatives.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for designing high-quality visual assets that strengthen the UMS brand identity and support enterprise customer engagement. This is a hands-on creative role focused on graphic design, visual storytelling, and digital marketing collateral. You will work closely with the Marketing, Product, Sales, and Partnerships teams to deliver impactful visual content that drives brand awareness and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Branding & Visual Identity

• Design and maintain brand identity elements (logos, typography, color palettes, templates).
• Create visual assets: social media graphics, infographics, digital ads, event banners, and promotional materials.
• Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all visual communications.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure product and website design align with brand standards.

Marketing & Sales Collateral Design

• Design pitch decks, product brochures, fact sheets, case studies, and sales presentations.
• Create engaging visuals for website content, blog posts, whitepapers, and client success stories.
• Design email campaign templates, landing pages, and promotional materials.
• Develop industry-specific visual content for target sectors (BFSI, property management, IT services, healthcare).

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Design graphics for social media platforms (LinkedIn, X/Twitter, others).
• Create visual content for digital advertising campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, display banners).
• Design thought-leadership content, infographics, and visual storytelling assets.
• Develop animated graphics and video content for campaigns and presentations.

Sales & Partnership Support

• Design custom pitch decks, proposals, and presentation materials for enterprise clients.
• Create ROI calculators, one-pagers, comparison charts, and visual case study templates.
• Develop co-branded assets and marketing materials for channel partners (Microsoft, Zoom, Google, System Integrators).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or related field.
• 3-5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in B2B SaaS / Enterprise Software environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, marketing collateral, and digital content creation.
• Expert proficiency in design tools:
• Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• CorelDRAW or Corel Painter.
• Figma / Adobe XD / Sketch (UI/UX design collaboration, product visuals).
• Canva / Vista Create (quick social content & infographics).
• Understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to create enterprise-grade professional collateral (brochures, presentations, white papers, sales decks).
• Experience designing for digital marketing (social media, display ads, email campaigns).
• Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product, Partnerships).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for BFSI, Property Management, Healthcare, or IT Services industries.
• Familiarity with SaaS product ecosystems (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, Azure).
• Understanding of web design principles and responsive design.
• Knowledge of brand strategy and visual storytelling for enterprise audiences.
• Experience working with global teams (U.S. + India).
• Basic understanding of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, Zoho) for designing email templates and campaign assets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹36,988.77 per month
