Role Overview
The Client Assurance Associate will play a key role in delivering client product solutions to ensure quality of product delivery and client support.
Responsibilities
·
Conduct systematic testing of client delivery across environments of Affinis' solutions in compliance and governance management.
·
Addressal and quality assurance of client support requests across client channels.
·
Supporting client training, co-ordination, walk-throughs, live reviews, documentation guidance.
Requirements
·
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in business or commerce.
·
Familiarity with MS Office, and common software application tools.
·
Good verbal and written communication skills.
·
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
·
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
·
Interest in compliance, regulatory technology, or governance trends.
·
Ability to pick up nuances of products and clientele.
