About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Sales Team Leader to lead and mentor our Inside Sales Executives. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, leadership capabilities, and a proven record in sales team handling. You will be responsible for meeting monthly revenue targets while ensuring an engaging learning experience for prospective students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, guide, and motivate a team of Inside Sales Executives to achieve monthly/quarterly targets

  • Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback & training to improve productivity

  • Drive student enrollment for courses through counseling and conversion strategies

  • Track daily KPIs including calls, demos, revenue, and CRM updates

  • Create sales plans, incentive strategies and ensure strong sales funnel management

  • Conduct regular meetings, role-plays, and performance reviews

  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams for lead quality & feedback

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and effective post-enrollment handover

  • Maintain discipline, process adherence, and reporting accuracy

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Masters degree

  • Minimum 2 years in Inside sales & 1 year in team management

  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills

  • Strong knowledge of sales CRM, pipeline & forecasting

  • Ability to work in a high-energy and target-driven environment

  • Problem-solving mindset and strong work ethic
