Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain and update financial records and ledgers. Ensure accuracy and completeness of accounting entries. · Accounts Payable and Receivable: Process invoices, track payments, and handle vendor inquiries. Assist in managing accounts receivable, including invoicing and collections. · Managing Financial transactions, processing invoices and maintaining vendor relationships, ensuring timely and accurate payments. · Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. Reconcile accounts and ensure consistency between ledgers and financial statements. · Data Entry: Enter financial data into accounting software and maintain accurate records. · Compliance: Adhere to accounting standards, policies, and regulations. Assist in implementing and maintaining internal controls. · Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the accounting team as needed. Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: · Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. · Experience: 2+ years of accounting experience. · Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Tally) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices. · Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and correct errors. · Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with team members and other departments. · Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. · Familiarity with general ledger and financial reporting. · Understanding of basic tax regulations and compliance. · Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹45,000.00 per month
