We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping professional to join our team at Magarpatta Clubs & Resorts. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a strong background in housekeeping and supervision.

Roles and Responsibility

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
  • Develop and implement effective cleaning schedules and procedures to meet the needs of guests and staff.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and provide feedback to team members.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as front office and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
  • Train and mentor new hires to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, supplies, and equipment related to housekeeping.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in housekeeping and supervision within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, protocols, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with diverse teams.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities under pressure.
  • Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
  • Strong attention to detail to maintain high standards of cleanliness and quality.
