Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing an MBA or a related advanced degree with an interest in product management, data analytics, or business intelligence.
  • Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Passion for improving user experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Research: Assist in market research to understand customer needs and offerings. Support the team in gathering customer feedback, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities for product improvements.
  • Feature Documentation: Help document product requirements and user stories for new features or enhancements. Ensure alignment with the overall product strategy.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with design, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of product features and roadmap.
  • User Testing & Feedback: Assist in conducting user testing and gathering feedback to help refine product features and improve user experience.
  • Product Lifecycle Management: Support the product management team in tracking the product lifecycle, from ideation through to release.
