How You Will Make An Impact
Veradigm is expanding its DevOps Engineering team and is seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic
Senior DevOps Engineer
to support and evolve our platforms and systems. This role is critical to the success of our
VEHR/VPM/VIE products
and will be responsible for building and deploying solutions and services in On-premises and Hosted environment. Simultaneously, it will also support Azure environments used by the Dev/QA teams.

• Knowledge of secure DevOps practices (secrets management, compliance, scanning tools).
• Exposure to container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with Configuration Management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, etc.) is a plus.
• Able to work with developers supporting both modern and legacy applications.
• Comfortable with debugging build failures and deployment issues.
• Self-driven and motivated, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Capable of mentoring junior DevOps team members.

You Are a Great Fit If You Have

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably across development, operations and infrastructure
• Experience with version control (Github environments, GitHub expertise and GIT workflow best practices).
• Proven experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with hands on experience with Github actions.
• Expertise in Azure cloud platforms including compute, storage and networking, Identity and Access management and Monitoring and alerting.
• Strong experience with Terraform for managing Azure infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Azure specific resources (App services, Azure SQL, Key Vault, etc.
• Strong scripting skills in Powershell, Python or Bash. Experience writing deployment scripts, cleanup routines, log parsers and tooling for development teams.
• Experience supporting applications built in Vb6, delphi and .net (framework and core)-build and deployment automation.
• Ability to work around outdated or manual build process.
• Experience with Monitoring and logging tools like Azure monitor/Application insights, Log analytics, Prometheus, Grafana, etc

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Azure and/ or Terraform Certifications are a plus.
