Design develop and maintain robust backend systems and services Architect and develop scalable backend systems using Node js and MongoDB Leverage AWS Docker and Kubernetes for cloud-native deployments and infrastructure automation Collaborate closely with the CTO other business stakeholders to turn requirements into elegant technical solutions Set up and maintain CI CD pipelines logging and monitoring systems for reliability and observability Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle from conceptualization and design to deployment and post-launch monitoring Influence key technical decisions and help shape the engineering roadmap Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve system architecture and drive innovation Write clean maintainable and efficient code while following best practices Requirements B Tech or B E degree in computer science or allied fields 3 years of professional backend experience Deep expertise in Node js with a strong understanding of asynchronous programming and design patterns Solid experience working with MongoDB at scale Proven experience deploying and managing services on AWS EC2 S3 Strong understanding of Docker and Kubernetes for containerized environments Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs Strong problem-solving skills debugging practices and system design abilities Write clean maintainable and efficient code while following best practices Comfort with Git CI CD pipelines and test-driven development Interest in DevOps platform engineering or SRE practices Nice to have Benefits Competitive salary Hybrid full-remote friendly setup We prefer work from Ahmedabad Flexible work hours and a results-oriented work culture Fast-track career growth in a rapidly scaling company Learning development support courses certifications and more You define the culture as we are still nimble Health insurance
