Job Title: Accountant

Location: Green Park

Experience: 3-5 Years

Job Type: Full-Time (On-site)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory)

Job Summary:

General Accounting

Manage day-to-day accounting operations for both Airkomm and Vinbox, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).

Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions.

Accounts Payable & Receivable

Raise and issue customer invoices accurately and in a timely manner based on approved sales orders or contracts.

Process vendor invoices, payments, and customer receipts.

Maintain and reconcile accounts receivable and payable ledgers.

Manage aging reports and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collection.

Bank & Cash Management

Reconcile bank statements for both companies.

Manage petty cash and ensure accurate recording of all cash transactions.

Taxation & Compliance

Ensure timely filing of tax returns (GST, VAT, income tax, etc.) and statutory payments.

Support external auditors and regulatory reviews.

Budgeting & Reporting

Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow statements.

Provide financial analysis and variance reports to management.

Consolidate financial reports across both companies where applicable.

Systems & Process Improvement

Maintain accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, Xero, SAP, etc.).

Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and internal controls.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or ACCA preferred).

Minimum 3 years of accounting experience, ideally managing multiple business entities.

Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

Excellent attention to detail, organization, and integrity.

Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines for both companies.
