Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Support Executive (Product Sales). The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, promote product sales, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers.
  • Explain product features and benefits to potential buyers.
  • Convert inquiries into successful sales.
  • Maintain good customer relationships and follow up for feedback.
  • Update customer records and sales data regularly.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for product and service support.

Requirements:

  • Qualification: Any Graduate
  • Experience: 6 months – 2 years in Customer Support / Inside Sales / Telecalling
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Fluency in English and Tamil preferred

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience)
