Role & responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment history.
  • Generate regular reports on equipment performance, maintenance metrics, and cost
  • Optimise maintenance budgets by controlling expenses while ensuring equipment reliability
  • Analyse maintenance costs and implement cost-effective solutions.
  • Lead the entire office setup process, from initial planning to completion, ensuring all requirements are met within the specified timeline and budget.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (management, HR, IT, etc.) to determine the office space requirements based on team size, functions, and future growth plans.
  • Collaborate with interior designers to create a design that aligns with the brand's identity, culture, and functional needs.
  • Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure that materials, furnishings, and services are delivered on time and meet the required standards.
  • Ensure that the office layout is optimised for workflow efficiency, employee comfort, and space utilisation. Provide regular feedback and updates to management about the progress of the office setup, including any challenges or delays.
  • Collaborates with suppliers and vendors to source quality spare parts and services
  • Evaluate supplier performance and negotiate favorable terms.
  • To successfully establish a functional and efficient office environment for newly launched branches or entities by overseeing the design, construction, and setup process.
  • Manage the project from inception to completion, keeping track of milestones and deadlines.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to design, construction, or resource procurement promptly.
  • Liaise with local authorities or relevant regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with zoning laws, health and safety regulations, and other necessary permits.
