Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Analyst (Oracle EPM Cloud) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing and implementing Oracle EPM Cloud solutions with expertise in FP&A processes, financial modeling, and system integrations. This is a remote role offering the opportunity to work on high-impact projects in the sports and entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, including PBCS/EPBCS and FCCS.
  • Collaborate with Finance and FP&A teams to define KPIs, revenue/cost drivers, and forecasting models.
  • Build and validate driver-based planning models (salary planning, matchday revenue, sponsorship income, CapEx, etc.).
  • Configure dashboards, business rules, forms, and data integrations in Oracle EPM Cloud.
  • Conduct requirement workshops, gap analysis, and solution design sessions.
  • Support data mapping, validation, and reconciliation with source systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion Financials).
  • Deliver user training, documentation, and post-go-live support.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS standards and audit requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4–6 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud, including full-cycle implementations.
  • Strong knowledge of FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and scenario modeling.
  • Proficiency in PBCS/EPBCS modules, Smart View, and automation tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in sports, media, or entertainment industries.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Data Management (DM), EPM Automate, and REST APIs.
  • Oracle EPM Cloud certification(s).
  • Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials.
