About the Role:

We are looking for a
creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer
to join our design team. You will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals. From digital assets to print materials, your designs will help shape how our audience perceives our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design visual content for social media, websites, emailers, presentations, advertisements, and print materials.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to understand design requirements and project objectives.
  • Translate business needs into effective design solutions that are visually appealing and on-brand.
  • Maintain consistency in branding across all touchpoints.
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas, iterating based on feedback.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas and innovation to the team.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, etc.
  • Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing, motion graphics, or animation is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and a strong creative flair.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in UI/UX or web design.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Understanding of branding and marketing principles.
