Role Description – Electrical BIM Modeler

This is a full-time, on-site role
based in
Chennai
. The
Electrical BIM Modeler
will play a key role in developing and managing detailed
3D BIM models
with a strong focus on the
electrical discipline
. The role involves close collaboration with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams to deliver accurate models and construction drawings in line with project requirements and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

· Create, update, and manage detailed electrical BIM models
.

· Coordinate with architects and MEP teams to ensure model integration and accuracy.

· Produce precise
construction drawings and documentation
from BIM models.

· Ensure compliance with project standards and quality requirements.

· Troubleshoot and resolve design/model-related issues during the project lifecycle.

· Support project teams with BIM-related expertise and collaboration.

Qualifications & Skills

· to 3 years of experience
in
BIM (Electrical discipline)
.

· Strong proficiency in
BIM software
(e.g., Revit, Navisworks, or similar).

· Knowledge of
MEP systems
and coordination processes.

· Ability to interpret and create
construction drawings
.

· Excellent
attention to detail
, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

· Candidates
