Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential clients, generate leads, and build strong business relationships.
  • Promote company services (E-Governance solutions, software development, manpower supply, digitization).
  • Conduct field visits to municipal corporations, government departments, and corporate clients.
  • Understand client requirements and present tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and follow-ups.
  • Achieve sales targets and report daily/weekly progress to management.
  • Coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales & marketing (field experience preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel locally and work independently.
  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
  • Prior experience in Government/IT/E-Governance sector will be an added advantage.

Employment Type

  • Full-Time, On-Site (Field role at Panvel Municipal Corporation).
