Job Title: SAP PP/QM/MM Functional Consultant

Duration: FTE - Hybrid

Location: Hyderabad

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic SAP PP/QM/MM Functional Consultant to join our team and contribute to global SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation projects. The ideal candidate will possess deep functional knowledge across Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Materials Management (MM), along with extensive experience in SAP Best Practices, global implementations, and full lifecycle SAP projects.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

Participate in the sales cycle by supporting solution scoping, effort estimation, and software demonstrations.

Lead fit/gap analysis sessions to gather and analyze business process requirements.

Provide in-depth expertise on SAP S/4HANA PP, QM, and MM modules, including configuration and integration points.

Guide and support clients through the data mapping and migration process in collaboration with data migration teams.

Create clear and comprehensive functional specifications for custom development objects.

Conduct unit testing of functional and technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business requirements.

Provide support during integration testing and user acceptance testing phases.

Leverage industry best practices to guide solution design and ensure business process optimization.

Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, business analysts, and client stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications Must Have:

Minimum 10 years of hands-on SAP functional experience.

Experience with 3–4 full lifecycle SAP implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.

Proven experience with global system implementations and template rollouts.

Extensive hands-on experience implementing:

SAP Production Planning (PP) in an S/4HANA environment.

SAP Quality Management (QM) in an S/4HANA environment.

SAP Materials Management (MM) in an S/4HANA environment.

Strong understanding and practical application of SAP Best Practices.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

Experience with SAP Activate methodology.

Industry-specific SAP experience (e.g., manufacturing or healthcare technology sectors)
