Roles & Responsibilities –

· To lead, manage and mentor a team of Software Developers.

· Lead the development team to design and deliver maintainable, testable, and reusable production quality code using Agile development practices.

· Instil best practices for software development and documentation.

· To facilitate the smooth delivery of all projects, enhancements, and support delivered by the team.

· Participating in and supervising each stage of the project.

· Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.

· Knowledge in Development of application for mobile devices iOS and Android

· Technologies being used - .NET Core/ React / MSSQL/ MS Azure Cloud & others, however, technology keeps evolving and eventually a platform change will come into effect sometime soon

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications –

· A bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.

· Minimum years exp in Software Development

· Proven experience in project management and software development.

· Excellent technical knowledge with high proficiency with full stack development skills including UI, web, middle-tier, and database required.

· Demonstrated experience interfacing with clients and vendors, creation of project schedules and project status reporting.

· Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies required.

· Proven experience in building complex, large scale internet-based systems.

· Hands-on coding experience with popular languages and web stacks.

· Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹1,095, ₹2,064,469.66 per year
