  • To lead, manage and mentor a team of Software Developers.
  • Lead the development team to design and deliver maintainable, testable, and reusable production quality code using Agile development practices
  • Instil best practices for software development and documentation.
  • To facilitate the smooth delivery of all projects, enhancements, and support delivered by the team
  • Participating in and supervising each stage of the project.
  • Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
  • Knowledge in Development of application for mobile devices iOS and Android
  • Technologies being used - .NET Core/ React / MSSQL/ MS Azure Cloud & Mobile Apps like Android & iOS, however, technology keeps evolving and eventually a platform change will come into effect sometime soon

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications -

  • A bachelor's degree in information technology, software development management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.
  • Minimum years exp in Software Development
  • Proven experience in project management and software development.
  • Excellent technical knowledge with high proficiency with full stack development skills including UI, web, middle-tier, and database required.
  • Demonstrated experience interfacing with clients and vendors, creation of project schedules and project status reporting
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies required.
  • Proven experience in building complex, large scale internet-based systems.
  • Hands-on coding experience with popular languages and web stacks.
  • J st have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
