Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Site Engineer - Civil to oversee and manage on-site construction activities for our diverse projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in compliance with design specifications and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day site activities to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and timelines.
  • Monitor construction progress, resolve on-site issues, and maintain quality control.
  • Interpret and implement drawings, blueprints, and technical designs at the site.
  • Manage labor, subcontractors, and materials to optimize resource utilization.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on project progress and site activities.
  • Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials to the site.
  • Verify and maintain accurate documentation, including material usage and work logs.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in a similar role (freshers with strong knowledge may also apply).
  • Sound knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction techniques, and materials.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle on-site challenges effectively.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Thorough understanding of safety standards and procedures.
  • Willingness to travel to project locations across Tamil Nadu.
