Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to join our dynamic digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing social media strategies for our clients. This role requires creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of current social media trends to ensure successful campaigns and growth in engagement and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for clients to align with marketing objectives and brand goals.
  • Plan content calendars for all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube, etc.) and ensure timely execution.
  • Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including text posts, images, videos, and infographics.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design visuals that align with the brand's voice and identity.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices to ensure the brand stays ahead of the competition.
  • Identify opportunities for content virality and increased social media presence.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a digital marketing or agency setting.
  • Proven track record of managing social media accounts and executing successful campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics (Facebook Insights, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for storytelling.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
