JOB RESPONSIBILITY
:

Strategic Leadership & Business Growth:

• Lead the end-to-end operations of the Solar Rooftop business vertical.
• Define and execute strategic growth plans aligned with organizational objectives.
• Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, partnerships, and market expansion.

P&L Management & Financial Planning:

• Take full ownership of P&L, revenue forecasting, and profitability targets.
• Collaborate with the management team on budgeting, pricing strategy, and financial governance.
• Ensure sustainable growth through efficient operational and cost management practices

velopment:

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of managers, engineers, and support staff.
• Drive a performance-oriented culture with clear KPIs and accountability.

• Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless execution

  • Manage high-value client relationships, strategic partners, and government agencies.

  • Minimum 10 to 15 years of overall experience, including at least 5 years in Solar Rooftop project leadership.
  • Proven track record of scaling business operations and managing large teams.
  • Strong understanding of EPC execution, regulatory frameworks, and industry trends.
