Key Responsibilities:

  • WordPress Development:
  • Design, build, and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring they are user-friendly and responsive.
  • Customize themes and plugins to meet project requirements.
  • Implement SEO best practices for improved visibility and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve website issues promptly.
  • Graphic Design:
  • Create visually appealing graphics for websites, social media, and marketing materials.
  • Develop logos, banners, and infographics that align with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to produce cohesive visual content.
  • Stay updated on design trends and tools to continuously improve creative output.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in WordPress development (1+ years preferred, Freshers can also Apply with WordPress Knowledge).
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and/or Canva, Figma.
  • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with SEO tools and techniques.
  • Portfolio showcasing previous WordPress projects and graphic design work.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • WordPress Designing – Ability to create and manage websites, customize themes, and plugins.
  • Landing Page Optimization – Designing pages that convert visitors into leads/customers.
  • Paid Marketing (Google Ads / Meta Ads) – Planning, running, and optimizing ad campaigns.
  • SEO (On-page & Off-page) – Keyword research, content optimization, backlink strategy.
  • Content Marketing – Creating engaging posts, blogs, and visuals for campaigns.
  • Email Marketing – Crafting campaigns, automation, and lead nurturing.
  • Lead Generation Strategies – Using tools and campaigns to generate qualified leads.
  • Analytics & Reporting – Using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, or other tools to track results.
  • Social Media Management – Posting, engagement, and growth across platforms.
  • Creative & Visual Skills – Ability to design banners, graphics, or video content.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
