THIS IS A FULL-TIME POSITION BASED IN BANGALORE, INDIA
THE ROLE
We're looking for a detail-oriented analyst to support our content team with daily tasks and project execution. As the content team analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the content team with a variety of projects. Strong communication, organizational skills, and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this fast-paced, creative environment.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to

• Driving content projects from start to finish managing writers, designers and other support as needed along the way
• Supporting with daily content projects including working within Wordpress and our internal content management systems for publishing
• Organizing daily content calendars and support document management
• Supporting with research on content projects including but not limited to keywords, fact checking, data dives and topic trends
• Working across teams for support on content assets like design, images and development
• Providing creative input during brainstorming sessions for content topics and campaigns
• Tracking content performance using analytics tools, providing reports and summaries
• Aiding in managing our content library, ensuring all material is up-to-date and accessible

The Qualifications

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A self-starter with an ownership mindset who is comfortable juggling multiple projects at once
• Friendly, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• A data-driven approach that is closely aligned with the MPOWER mission and having impactful results that reach students around the globe
• Superior communication, presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to express complex concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences
• Tech-savvy with the ability to pick up product details with ease
• Preferred but not required is a basic understanding of SEO principles

A passion for financial inclusion and access to higher education is a must, as well as comfort working with a global team across multiple time zones and sites

In addition, you should be comfortable working in a fast-growth environment, meaning a small agile team, fast-evolving roles and responsibilities, variable workload and tight deadlines, a high degree of autonomy, and 80-20 everything.
