How will you do it?

• Managing the day-to-day activities of the finance team and ensures the RTR finance function is organized and efficient and produces accurate financial.
• Monthly closings and reporting
• Maintaining MEC accuracy and consistency checks
• Variance analysis and corrective actions
• Cash & Bank Reconciliation ensure entity reported cash is reconcile with global cash.
• Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly OneStream Sign Off File Preparation for stakeholder's update highlighting significant changes.
• Understand One Stream entity flow, Mapping and Transformation rule along with consolidation
• Partner with Business Finance and RTR to ensure smooth functioning of finance and accounting
• Ensure adherence to SOX and internal controls
• Contribute ideas and action towards the continuous improvement of processes
• Support strategic projects and initiatives
• Reporting and consolidation of various data point to support analysis

What we look for?

• Fulltime bachelor's in commerce / Master's degree in Finance / Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant
• Must have 5-8 experience in Consolidations
• In-depth hands-on experience of month end closing & HFM/One Stream Reporting
• Expert in MS Excel
• Excellent in English communication and stakeholder management
• Must have Global RTR transition experience
• Power BI knowledge will be added advantage

• FY24 Performance should be minimum "Consistently Meets Expectations" or higher
• Employees on active warning letters and in PIP for last 6 months are not eligible to apply
