Job Description:-

• Budgetary control: Keep track on budgetary control incl requisitions Vs actual procured
• Continuous Monitoring : Ensure timely capitalization, tagging by coordinating with relevant stakeholders and reconciliations , Asset management ( involves accounting knowledge )
• Asset Tracking: Reporting , Maintain detailed records of all fixed assets, including acquisition, depreciation, and disposal.
• Auditing: Ensure Audit compliances, regular audits to verify the existence and condition of assets, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Reporting: Prepare and present reports on asset status, depreciation schedules, and financial impacts.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, finance, and operations teams to manage asset lifecycle processes.
• System Management: Utilize asset management software to track and report on asset data.
• Process Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to asset management processes and systems.
