Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and responsible Collection Executive to join our team. The role involves visiting clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring timely recovery of pending loan amounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Visit client locations to follow up on pending loan repayments.
- Convince customers to clear outstanding dues in a professional manner.
- Maintain proper records of client visits and collection status.
- Ensure accurate documentation and update reports on daily collection activities.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth loan recovery processes.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, reporting).
- Ability to handle fieldwork independently.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Responsible and target-oriented attitude.
Eligibility:
- Education: Any graduate.
- Experience: 1–2 years in collections/recovery/customer interaction preferred.
- Must be comfortable with fieldwork.
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
