Role & responsibilities-

  • Weekly Audit of line for process confirmation of previous actions with kakotora check sheet.
  • Customer complains handling & submits countermeasures.
  • New product feasibility check & required request for design change.
  • New part development as APQP & PPAP requirements.
  • Red bin analysis of Quality concern of customer issues in the supplier & in-house parts & follow up for the 8D report to all concern section.
  • Prepare the major defect/complaints data and analysis of complaints for weekly Quality meeting with President and managers.
  • Product & Process validation /revalidation & Layout inspection as per plan.
  • Poke-yoke, Tools & equipments implementation, verification & monitoring in line for PDI/Customer A rank claim.
  • Kaizen involvement & Safety improvements all over plant level.
  • Skill up of all inspectors & supervisors/JE's through monthly skill matrix plan & OJT. Occasional Audit (Assembly, Paint shop, & moulding) NC closure follow up with concern department.
  • Quality management system Documents Quality & support & warranty analysis
  • Internal Auditor IATF:16949:2016 & ISO:14001:2015 & ISO:45001:2018
  • QA Lab all instruments knowledge
  • IATF audit preparation
  • Internal audit & System Audit & Customer audit & supplier audit knowledgeable
  • SPC ,MSA, Layout inspection, PPAP Documents ,FMEA & Control plan,MRM review & Presentation, TQM /TPM ,HIRA & Aspect impact
  • EMS & OHSMS Audit preparation Overall handling quality management system of overall plant.
  • Document preparation as per system & awareness training given to all. Customer audit preparation & handling of all customers within plant & CFA location.
  • Monthly customer complaints & PPM monitoring.
  • Customer complaints/warranty part received & find out cause & submit countermeasures to customer
  • Conducted internal audit as per plan & follow up for NC closure all concern section.
  • Incoming, In -process & PDI Line defects/rejection monitoring.
  • Weekly review rejection & monthly prepare GYIN report & share to all Management.
  • Weekly top defects/rejection analysis & represent to management in weekly Quality meeting.

Preferred candidate profile-

Sound knowledge in quality management system

Good Presentation skills

Required 3-6 years of experience in reputed auto components or automobile industry

Preferred immediate joiners.
