Job Overview:

As a Ground Staff member, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to airline passengers and crew members at Mumbai Airport. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the airport, and you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and assist passengers with check-in, baggage handling, and boarding processes

- Provide information and assistance to passengers regarding flight schedules, delays, and other inquiries

- Ensure the safety and security of passengers and their belongings

- Coordinate with airline staff and other ground staff to ensure timely departure of flights

- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner

- Perform security checks and screenings as per airport regulations

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the airport terminal and facilities

- Assist with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo from aircraft

- Communicate effectively with team members and superiors to ensure smooth operation of the airport

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in customer service or airport operations is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

- Must have a valid driver's license
