Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic
eCommerce Marketplace Manager
to drive growth across multiple online sales channels including
eCommerce marketplaces
,
quick commerce platforms
, and
health & wellness portals
. The ideal candidate will take ownership of P&L, marketing campaigns, performance analytics, and new platform onboarding to scale sales and brand visibility across India's leading online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketplace Account Management

  • Manage operations and sales across platforms including:
  • Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Nykaa, Myntra, JioMart, Mystore Etc.
  • Quick commerce
    : Blinkit, Zepto, Instamart, BigBasket, Etc.
  • Health-specific portals
    : 1mg (Tata), PharmEasy, NetMeds, HealthKart, etc.
  • Ensure listing quality, catalog hygiene, keyword optimization, and rich content compliance.
  • Monitor seller performance metrics (ODR, late dispatch rate, account health) and ensure SLAs are met.

2. Business Growth & Sales Planning

  • Own marketplace P&L and work towards achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Analyze platform-wise performance to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase visibility, conversions, and repeat purchases.
  • Coordinate promotions, deal participation, and campaigns during sale events (BBD, Prime Day, etc.).

3. Advertising & Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns on:
  • Sponsored Ads
  • Ads Campaigns PLA
  • Quick commerce banner placements and sponsored listings
  • Track ROAS, CPC, and ACoS for performance optimization.
  • Work with graphic and content teams to create high-converting creatives and messaging.

4. New Marketplace Onboarding

  • Identify and evaluate new eCommerce platforms, niche health portals, and quick commerce apps for onboarding.
  • Lead the listing, integration (via Unicommerce or directly), and go-live process.
  • Set up platform-level compliance, catalog, operations, and payment structure.

5. Quick Commerce Platform Management

  • Handle onboarding, catalog creation, and product mapping for platforms like:
  • Zepto
    ,
    Blinkit
    ,
    Instamart (Swiggy)
    ,
    BigBasket, Etc.
  • Coordinate with quick commerce partners for stock availability, pricing, offers, and fulfillment tracking.
  • Track inventory levels at partner dark stores and hubs.

6. Health & Wellness Portals

  • Manage end-to-end operations and growth for health-related platforms like:
  • 1mg
    ,
    PharmEasy
    ,
    Netmeds
    ,
    HealthKart, Etc.
  • Ensure compliance with medical and supplement category requirements.
  • Monitor category trends, competitor benchmarking, and suggest new product launches.

7. Cross-functional Coordination

  • Work with internal teams:
  • Catalogue & design for listing creation and updates
  • Warehouse/logistics for inventory and dispatch
  • Finance for reconciliations, claim submissions, and payouts tracking
  • Regularly interact with marketplace account managers for campaign opportunities and support.

8. Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain weekly and monthly dashboards for:
  • Platform-wise sales and ad performance
  • Inventory levels and OOS trends
  • Campaign ROI and new launch performance
  • Provide actionable insights and improvement plans.

Key Requirements:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years
    of experience managing eCommerce marketplaces (must have hands-on experience with Amazon and Flipkart).
  • Proven experience with
    ads management
    ,
    campaign optimization
    , and
    marketplace growth strategies
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    Unicommerce
    ,
    Excel/Google Sheets
    , and platform-specific seller panels.
  • Experience with
    quick commerce
    and
    health-related platforms
    is a strong plus.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

  • Hands-on experience with health & wellness or FMCG products.
  • Exposure to Shopify/D2C and CRM tools.
  • Ability to manage digital marketing or influencer-driven commerce (D2C + marketplaces).
  • Understanding of inventory forecasting, replenishment cycles, and sales planning.
