About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and curious AI Engineer to join our team and contribute to building cutting-edge AI-driven solutions. In this role, you will work on generative AI models, customize and fine-tune LLMs, develop scalable data pipelines, and help deploy robust, production-ready AI services. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position ideal for engineers passionate about creating impactful AI products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and fine-tune
    custom LLMs
    and
    foundation models
    for specific business use-cases.
  • Implement
    generative AI applications
    using transformer architectures (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA, Mistral).
  • Create
    data pipelines
    for model training and inference, including preprocessing, augmentation, and validation steps.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver
    end-to-end AI-driven solutions
    from prototype to production.
  • Work on
    model evaluation
    , A/B testing, and continuous improvement based on feedback loops.
  • Integrate models into scalable backend systems using APIs and containerized services (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Conduct research and stay updated on the latest in AI/ML and generative AI advancements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of

  • Hands-on experience with

  • Proficiency in

    LLM fine-tuning
    techniques like LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT, and prompt engineering.
  • Experience with

    Databricks
  • Understanding of
    MLOps
    practices, including CI/CD, model versioning, and model deployment.
  • Knowledge of
    cloud platforms
    (AWS/GCP/Azure) and services like S3, SageMaker, Vertex AI, etc.
  • Exposure to containerization and orchestration tools (
    Docker

  • Familiarity with
    REST APIs
