We're looking for a passionate and driven Senior Software Engineer who thrives on building impactful solutions, embraces innovation, and leverages AI tools to amplify their productivity and output. AI adoption is not optional—it's foundational to how we work, learn, and build better.

  • Innovate and build: Design, develop, and maintain products and features that serve millions of customers, continuously improving customer experience.
  • Own solutions end-to-end: Tackle broadly defined problems by designing and coding scalable, high-quality solutions.
  • Raise the bar: Champion best practices in software engineering, code quality, testing, and operational excellence.
  • Collaborate on architecture: Partner with peers to architect, design, and evolve new and existing systems.
  • Be AI-driven: Continuously explore, adopt, and leverage AI tools and techniques to improve engineering workflows, code quality, testing, and delivery speed.
  • Bottom-up ownership: Take full ownership of the code you write—ensuring production readiness, system stability, and operational excellence; proactively improve system reliability, scalability, and maintainability; embed observability and monitoring as a core part of design and development.
  • Deliver iteratively: Work in an agile environment, shipping high-quality software with fast feedback loops.
We'll love to explore more about you if you have:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Electronics, or related fields from a tier-1 institution—or equivalent relevant experience with a top technology company.
  • 4+ years of backend engineering experience, with expertise in at least one high-level programming language (preferably Python).
  • Strong hands-on experience with Django or similar frameworks.
  • Solid understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and REST API design.
  • Exposure to machine learning/NLP concepts is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
  • Deep understanding of core Computer Science concepts: Algorithms, Data Structures, Object-Oriented Design, and Databases.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools into engineering workflows (e.g., for code generation, code review, testing, or documentation).
