  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions
  • Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
  • Map business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to meet business requirements
  • Design, customize, configure, and testing of PP, QM
  • Provide timely resolution of incidents and delivery of service requests.
  • Drive change requests and emergency changes
  • Document functional designs, test cases, and results.
  • Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements
  • Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects
  • Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
  • Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required
  • Work self-directed and independently, may act as subject matter mentor to junior members
  • Expert in PP, QM master data objects
  • Hands-on experience in MRP -MTO & MTS , Production order management and Process order management, Batch management,
  • Hands-on experience with RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Report)
  • Good understanding of BADI, BAPI, BDC, IDOCS etc.
  • Hands-on experience in the cutover activity.
  • Excellent integration understanding of PP/QM with all supply chain/logistic modules viz; MM, SD, CO,WM,PM .
  • Knowledge of working on all kinds of FIORI Apps (Analytical, Transaction, Fact sheet)
  • Ability to lead and define strategies for data migration in PP & QM
  • Able to prepare test strategy, execution including quick defect fixes for smooth execution of SIT/UAT waves.

Prepare & conduct Key user Trainings and manuals

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Well acquainted with Implementation/Transformation/conversion process methodologies including SAP Activate methodology, Agile ways of working.
