Role Overview:

Responsible for leading daily café operations during assigned shifts, ensuring smooth functioning, excellent customer service, and team efficiency. This role is a key link between management and café associates, maintaining brand standards while creating a welcoming environment for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead café staff during shifts, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Allocate duties, manage break schedules, and monitor team performance.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service, addressing guest queries or complaints effectively.
  • Oversee food & beverage preparation, hygiene, and safety compliance.
  • Handle cash management, billing, and daily sales reconciliation.
  • Ensure stock availability and coordinate with store manager for inventory management.
  • Train, motivate, and support team members to achieve performance targets.
  • Uphold company policies, grooming standards, and SOPs.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Graduate/Diploma in Hospitality/Hotel Management preferred.
  • 2–4 years of experience in F&B / QSR / Café / Restaurant operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to handle pressure, multitask, and make quick decisions.
  • Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
