Admission Counsellor

- Student Guidance:Provide detailed information on academic programs, admission requirements, and campus life to prospective students and their families.
- Application Management:Assist students in completing and submitting applications, review and verify submitted documents, and maintain accurate applicant records.
- Recruitment & Outreach:Organize and participate in recruitment events, such as college fairs, open houses, and campus tours, to attract qualified students.
- Counseling & Support:Conduct interviews and one-on-one sessions with students to understand their goals and interests and provide career guidance.
- Data & Reporting:Maintain accurate databases of student interactions, contribute to data analysis, and prepare admission reports.
- Collaboration:Work with admissions teams and other departments to meet enrollment targets and ensure a smooth admission process.
- Interpersonal & Communication Skills:Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills are crucial for interacting with students and families.
- Organizational Skills:Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities are essential for handling multiple responsibilities.
- Technical Proficiency:Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software is important for managing applicant data and activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
