Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administration Assistant, based in Greater Ahmedabad Area. The Administration Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office by performing tasks such as maintaining schedules, managing correspondence, coordinating meetings, and ensuring efficient office operations. Other responsibilities include handling phone calls, supporting executive administrative functions, and assisting with day-to-day clerical tasks to ensure the smooth running of administrative activities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to manage correspondence and handle inquiries effectively.
  • Demonstrated Clerical Skills to perform routine administrative and support tasks with attention to detail.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with office software tools such as MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a professional office environment.
  • Prior experience in administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory.
