The Administrative Assistant will handle a range of day-to-day tasks including managing clerical duties, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and providing executive-level administrative support. The role also involves answering calls professionally, ensuring excellent phone etiquette, and supporting team members with general office operations.QualificationsProficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to ensure smooth office operations.Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for effectively handling calls and correspondence.Experience in Clerical Skills, including filing, organizing, and maintaining records efficiently.Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.Proficient in office software such as word processors, spreadsheets, and email communication tools.Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Office Administration or a related field is preferred.
