CodeVyasa is a mid-sized product engineering company that works with top-tier product/solutions companies such as McKinsey, Walmart, RazorPay, Swiggy, and others. We are about 550+ people strong and we cater to Product & Data Engineering use-cases around Agentic AI, RPA, Full-stack and various other GenAI areas.

Key Responsibilities

●
Design and implement cloud-native, microservices-based architectures running on

Kubernetes (EKS, or AKS).

●
Design and optimize large-scale distributed computing systems, ensuring high

availability, scalability, and fault tolerance.

●
Drive the adoption of AI-powered development tools to enhance team productivity and

code quality.

● Perform regular design and code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices in

distributed systems and cloud-native development.

●
Partner with cross-functional teams to align technical direction with business goals.

● Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers to deliver scalable, reliable, and

maintainable software systems.

Requirements

● 6+ years
of hands-on experience building and scaling distributed systems in production.

● Strong background in microservices architecture, API design, and event-driven systems.

● Proven experience managing and operating Kubernetes clusters in production

environments.

●
Deep understanding of distributed systems concepts: messaging, fault tolerance,

consensus, and consistency.

●
Proficiency in at least
two core programming languages (e.g., Python, ).

●
Experience using AI-assisted tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Tabnine) for code generation,

static analysis, and automation.

● Strong grasp of cloud infrastructure (primarily AWS), Security best practices

● Familiarity with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry.
