Job Summary:

We are hiring a CA Intern for our broking and financial services firm. The candidate will assist in accounting, audit, compliance, and financial reporting related to stockbroking operations while gaining practical exposure to capital market finance and regulatory processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in accounting and reconciliation of client and company trading accounts.
  • Support audit and compliance functions under SEBI, NSE, BSE, and other regulators.
  • Help in preparation of financial statements and MIS reports.
  • Work on GST, TDS, and income tax-related filings and reconciliations.
  • Monitor daily fund flow, margin reports, and P&L statements.
  • Participate in internal control checks and audit documentation.
  • Coordinate with auditors, depository, and finance teams for data and reports.

Requirements

  • CA student (IPCC / Intermediate cleared) pursuing articleship or industrial training.
  • Good understanding of accounting principles, taxation, and audit.
  • Knowledge of capital markets, stockbroking, or financial services preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally / ERP).
  • Analytical mindset, accuracy, and time management skills.
