Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune for a Senior Account Manager. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing key accounts, understanding client needs, leading negotiations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions. Additionally, the role involves identifying opportunities for account growth, preparing performance reports, and monitoring client metrics to ensure service excellence.

  • Client Relationship Management, Account Planning, and Communication skills
  • Strategic Thinking, Business Development, and Negotiation expertise
  • Analytical skills to interpret client metrics, prepare reports, and identify growth opportunities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and account management tools
  • Leadership and teamwork abilities to coordinate with cross-functional departments
  • Mastery of time management, organization, and result-oriented approaches
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
  • Experience in retail, hospitality, or the food & beverage industry is advantageous
