  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with companies for student placements and internships.

  2. Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and industry interaction sessions.

  3. Guide students in resume preparation, interview skills, and career planning.

  4. Coordinate with departments to align academic training with industry needs.

  5. Maintain and update the placement database and student profiles.

  6. Prepare and present monthly and annual placement reports to management.

  7. Develop Relationss with organizations for internships, training, and placements.

  8. Promote student achievements and placement success through marketing channels.

  9. Conduct mock interviews and soft skills training sessions.

  10. Achieve annual placement targets and ensure high student satisfaction.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship

Pay: ₹120, ₹300,000.00 per year
