What You'll Do -
Design and implement scalable, AI-driven chatbot solutions using Dialogflow CX, MS Copilot Studio, and cloud platforms, integrating with APIs and automating tasks through RPA. Collaborate cross-functionally, ensure code quality, mentor team members, and drive continuous innovation in conversational AI.

You'll report to Senior Manager, Automation Development

During a Typical Day, You'll

• Design, develop, and maintain conversational AI solutions using Dialogflow CX, MS Copilot Studio and CCAI.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement chatbots that enhance user experience.
• Leverage AI and machine learning techniques to improve chatbot accuracy and eƯiciency.
• Implement cloud-based solutions and architecture for chatbot deployment and scalability on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Develop RPA solutions to automate repetitive tasks and enhance chatbot functionality.
• Write clean, scalable, and eƯicient code in scripting languages such as Python,Node.JS, Java…etc
• Integrate chatbots with various APIs and third-party services to extend functionality.
• Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in chatbot development and AI.
• Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster their professional growth and development
• Conducting thorough architectural reviews/Coding standards to ensure alignment with best practices and project requirements.
• Engaging in productive discussions with stakeholders to provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals
• Problem Solving, identifying issues and developing creative solutions

What You Bring To The Role

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in chatbot development and conversational AI.
• Proficiency in MS Copilot Studio, Dialogflow CX, and CCAI & RPA tools like Power Automate
• Strong knowledge of scripting/Programming languages, particularly Python, , Java. Etc
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
