What You'll Do -
Design and implement scalable, AI-driven chatbot solutions using Dialogflow CX, MS Copilot Studio, and cloud platforms, integrating with APIs and automating tasks through RPA. Collaborate cross-functionally, ensure code quality, mentor team members, and drive continuous innovation in conversational AI.

You'll report to Senior Manager, Automation Development

During a Typical Day, You'll

· Design, develop, and maintain conversational AI solutions using Dialogflow CX, MS Copilot Studio and CCAI.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement chatbots that enhance user experience.

· Leverage AI and machine learning techniques to improve chatbot accuracy and eƯiciency.

· Implement cloud-based solutions and architecture for chatbot deployment and scalability on platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

· Develop RPA solutions to automate repetitive tasks and enhance chatbot functionality.

· Write clean, scalable, and eƯicient code in scripting languages such as Python,Node.JS, Java…etc

· Integrate chatbots with various APIs and third-party services to extend functionality.

· Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance and user satisfaction.

· Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in chatbot development and AI.

· Providing mentorship and guidance to junior team members to foster their professional growth and development

· Conducting thorough architectural reviews/Coding standards to ensure alignment with best practices and project requirements.

· Engaging in productive discussions with stakeholders to provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals

· Problem Solving, identifying issues and developing creative solutions

What You Bring to the Role

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

· 8 years of experience in chatbot development and conversational AI.

· Proficiency in MS Copilot Studio, Dialogflow CX, and CCAI & RPA tools like Power Automate

· Strong knowledge of scripting/Programming languages, particularly Python, , Java. Etc

· Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning frameworks.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
