Role Overview

As Manager/Senior Manager (Operations), you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IoT-driven environmental and sustainability projects. This includes managing multi-site deployments, coordinating cross-functional engineering activities, ensuring compliance with standards, and delivering projects within time, scope, and budget.

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Plan, schedule, and manage project delivery using company tools and methodologies.
  2. Prepare and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
  3. Coordinate all engineering documentation, drawings, and design changes.
  4. Manage procurement, material logistics, and vendor coordination to ensure timely delivery.
  5. Ensure contractual requirements, deliverables, and compliance obligations are met.
  6. Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
  7. Oversee integration of IoT devices, LoRaWAN/NbIoT networks, and API-based data systems.
  8. Conduct client onboarding, training, and post-implementation support.
  9. Define and implement project Quality Plans.
  10. Maintain professional client communication and regular project reporting.
  11. Conduct project reviews and prepare completion reports in collaboration with stakeholders.
  12. Develop and implement best practices for project execution and delivery.
  13. Lead and mentor project team members, delegating tasks effectively.

Qualifications

  • Willingness to travel extensively to project sites across India.
