Tele Caller Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote facility management services (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance, security, pest control, etc.)
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries, providing information on services and resolving basic queries.
  • Schedule meetings or site visits for the sales/operations teams.
  • Maintain a database of customer information, leads, and feedback.
  • Follow up on previous interactions to ensure client satisfaction and gather feedback.
  • Achieve daily/weekly call and lead conversion targets.
  • Maintain detailed call logs and update CRM systems regularly.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a telecaller, customer service representative, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local languages (as applicable).
  • Good interpersonal and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive under pressure.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
  • Prior experience in facility management or related industry is a plus.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-time | Monday to Saturday
  • Flexible timing depending on business needs

EXPERIENCE

Fresher/ 1 year experienced are preferred.
