We are looking for a skilled
QA Engineer

with hands-on experience in
Automation Testing

and a solid understanding of
CRM applications

. The ideal candidate should have prior exposure to
international clients

, possess excellent communication skills, and be detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and maintain
    automation test scripts

for web and CRM-based applications.
- Perform
manual testing

where required to validate complex workflows and integrations.
- Collaborate closely with
developers, business analysts, and product owners

to ensure test coverage across all functionalities.
- Identify, log, and track defects using standard tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.).
- Conduct
CRM testing

—functional, integration, and regression—to ensure data integrity and system performance.
- Prepare and present
test reports and documentation

to internal teams and international clients.
- Participate in client meetings, demonstrating clear communication and issue-handling abilities.
- Continuously enhance automation frameworks and contribute to process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3 years

of hands-on experience in
Software Testing (Manual + Automation)

.
- Experience or strong understanding of
CRM systems

(e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, MS Dynamics, etc.).
- Proficiency in
Automation Tools

such as Selenium, TestNG, Postman, or similar.
- Familiarity with
API testing

and
Database validation

.
- Excellent
verbal and written communication skills

(English proficiency is a must).
- Ability to handle
international clients

and manage QA deliverables independently.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in
    Agile / Scrum environments

- Exposure to
Performance testing tools

(like JMeter) is a plus.
- Any testing certification is desirable.
