About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented QA Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in Functional Testing, API Testing, White Box & Black Box Testing, with exposure to test automation. Knowledge of Azure DevOps will be considered a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute test plans and test cases for web and API applications.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing.
  • Conduct API testing using tools such as Postman, Swagger, or RestAssured.
  • Apply White Box and Black Box testing techniques to validate applications.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure product quality.
  • Track and manage defects using bug tracking tools.
  • Contribute to continuous testing improvements within the SDLC.
  • Work with Azure DevOps pipelines (added advantage).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of experience in QA/Software Testing.
  • Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies and SDLC/STLC.
  • Hands-on experience in API Testing.
  • Good understanding of White Box & Black Box Testing techniques.
  • Familiarity with test management and bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Azure DevOps).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Good to Have:

  • Exposure to automation testing frameworks (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar).
  • Knowledge of CI/CD tools, preferably Azure DevOps.
  • SQL knowledge for database testing.
