Job Responsibilities:

  • Documentation & Compliance Management: Oversee end-to-end preparation, review, and execution of documentation for all borrowing facilities from Banks and NBFCs. Ensure strict adherence to regulatory, legal, and internal compliance requirements at every stage of the transaction.
  • Lender Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for all lender-related interactions. Liaise effectively with Banks and NBFCs for queries, approvals, audits, and information requests, ensuring smooth communication and timely closure of requirements.
  • Covenant Monitoring: Track, monitor, and report on financial covenants and conditions stipulated in lending agreements. Proactively highlight potential risks, ensure timely compliance, and maintain transparency with lenders to build trust and credibility.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Compile, analyze, and present financial and business performance data for lenders, rating agencies, and internal management. Support periodic MIS reporting, credit reviews, and board-level updates with accurate and insightful information.
  • Debt Operations Management: Manage backend operations for debt facilities, including disbursements, drawdowns, rollovers, and renewals. Monitor sanction limits, repayment schedules, and interest obligations to ensure smooth fund management and avoid operational lapses.
  • Record Keeping & Governance: Maintain meticulous records of loan agreements, amendments, renewals, and compliance registers. Ensure that all documentation is audit-ready and easily accessible for statutory or internal reviews.
  • Strategic Support: Provide financial and operational insights on debt obligations and funding options to assist management in strategic decision-making. Support capital structure optimization, cost of borrowing assessments, and debt planning activities.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate existing processes, identify areas for efficiency enhancement, and implement best practices in debt operations to strengthen risk management and operational effectiveness.

Preferred Skills:

  • CA / MBA with a strong foundation in finance.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in debt operations, banking, or NBFC interactions.
  • Deep understanding of financial statements, business numbers, and loan documentation.
  • Hands-on experience in compliance, covenant monitoring, and lender coordination.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams effectively.
