SALES cum IT EXECUTIVE – JOB DESCRIPTION

SALES cum IT EXECUTIVE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Builds business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients. Helping with day to day IT Issue into software and hardware.

REPORTING LINE:

Reporting to: This position will be reporting to the Manager.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of user-reported hardware and software issues.

· Provide technical support via phone, email, and in-person assistance.

· Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software.

· Assist with data backup and recovery procedures.

· Update and maintain network documentation.

· Research and implement new technologies to improve our IT infrastructure.

· Maintain a positive and professional demeanour while providing excellent customer service.

· Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.

· Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science.

2. 1-2 experience in Hardware and Software.

3. Excellent trouble shooting and problem solving skills.

4. Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint )

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
